Shipping policy

Our warehouse team is committed to processing your orders swiftly, so you can start enjoying your new order as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2 business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be handled on the next 2 business days.

UK Shipping

  • Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. 
  • We partner with Royal Mail. All UK orders are shipped via 2nd Class Delivery unless you select an upgrade at checkout.
  • Shipping costa vary on all orders under £50. Please check the product page for specific shipping information.
  • We offer Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 services which can be added at checkout. 
  • Most standard shipments arrive within 3-6 business days. Tracked 48 service will be delivered in 2 business days. Tracked 24 service will be delivered in 1 business day. 
  • Any lost or missing package inquiries must be sent within 15 business days of the ship date or we will not be able to assist.

International Shipping

We currently ship our products over 230 countries.

  • All international orders are shipped via International Tracked Delivery, which includes a tracking number.

  • Days refer to working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK and overseas. Our delivery aims also assume that items are not held in customs.
  • Please allow extra ship time during sale times and the holiday season.
  • Any lost or missing package inquiries must be sent within 15 business days of the ship date or we will not be able to assist.
  • Prices are listed and charged to your credit card in GBP British Pound unless you're using our currency toggle. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.
